But I want to play with so many game on Ultra at 1920x1080.

This doesn't make much sense, but I'm assuming your asking us to recommend you a build. We're going to need a budget.
Also, "future proofing" is a waste of money and usually doesn't work.

Most current gpu/cpu's can aleast 'future proof' for a few years tho. Even the low priced ones.

Yes, but when I hear the term "future proof" I think more than a few years, because almost any build you make can last a few years. When I hear future proof I think more like 5-10 years or so.
I think so a Budget of 1000€ - 1500€
or Dollar
1 347$-2 020$

Need keyboard/mouse/monitor or do you have them from a previous computer?
I have it from the previous one
Well, I don't really know the appropriate Austrian vendors, so I'll just give you a list:
CPU: 4670k - the best gaming CPU you can currently buy.
CPU Cooler: Hyper 212 evo - Most recommended for a non-extreme overclock.
MOBO: G45-Gaming or z87x-d3h - Most recommended on this forum, first has better sound, second has more USB and better BIOS layout.
Memory: The cheapest 2 x 4GB that's 1600MHz or 1866MHz from a reputable vendor. Maybe spend a few more euros for better CL.
Storage: Barracuda or WD Blue - the WD Blue is slower, but WD is considered more reliable (I would go for barracuda).
Video Card: R9 280X - Since you are playing at 1080p this will probably max out every game.
Case: Fractal Design R4 - Commonly Recommended Midtower case; cases are mostly a matter of personal preference.
PSU: I would say anything above 600 Watts from a reputable manufacturer at least 80 plus bronze.
Thats a nice Build but i dont really like the Video Card (Nvidia pls)
You dont have to do the List.
It can be a Vendor in the Entiere EU

+ I make Lets Plays i need some Ultra Graphics with over 40 FPS in High End Games.
If you are excluding yourself to Nvidia because of shadowplay, get the GTX 770; otherwise, there is no reason to get the 770 over the r9 280x. The 280X is faster and $30 cheaper. I recommend the twin frozr 770 if you are going that route. If you really want to expand into your budget you can get the 780 ti (fastest single GPU card available).
This is what I'm gonna take (suggested by flayne) : http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/27GqX
All the shops listed will ship to europe so you won't have any problems there.
I had bad experiences with the competition I like Nvidia is like a club for me.
Don't expand your experience of old graphics cards into the new ones. AMD has resolved all of there driver issues, so now the drivers are equally buggy (Nvidia has had their fair share). AMD has better price/performance on average because of the new R9 series. The 7800 and 7900 series also tended to have better price/performance, because Nvidia new they could get away with overpricing their cards (because of people like you). It's your choice anyway, and Nvidia still has the fastest single GPU card since they made the 780 ti the moment AMD announced they had something to beat the 780 and titan.
How much do the Build Cost with 780 TI and how much do the build with the AMD Video Card
How much do the Build Cost with 780 TI and how much do the build with the AMD Video Card
Alot less for same same performance with AMD and alot more with NVIDIA
Here's a sample build: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/27KzN
You may want to increase the motherboard up to a z87x-d3h or G45-Gaming if you want: more USB ports, Gigabyte's amazing bios layout (only for Gigabyte's motherboard of course), better sound quality (the G45-Gaming has amazing on board sound) or SLI support.
The 780 ti costs 320 pounds more.
The 780 costs 170 pounds more.
The 770 costs 30 pounds more.
There's also the R9 290 which beats everything except the 780 ti for 70 pounds more.
And lastly the R9 290X, an overclocked version of the R9 290 for 220 pounds more which really isn't worth it in my opinion.
My advice is go for the R9 280X, R9 290, or 780 Ti. The other graphics cards really aren't worth it right now. If you absolutely must have shadowplay and don't want to stretch to the 780 ti, get a 780. Twin Frozr is the best cooling solution you can get, unfortunately the 780 ti does not offer anything besides reference cooling at the moment.

Fanboyism usually is a bad thing for the consumer (you) as you end up paying more for lesser quality products.
Okay can someone make me a PC with 780 Ti
http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/28nvJ
As I said earlier you may want to upgrade the motherboard.
Question. Why are you wasting unnecessary amounts of money on a GPU that you don't even need. 280x maxs out everything at 1920x1080 with ease.
http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/28oQY
With 2 x 280x + a SSD
£5 cheaper.
Okay with whice Graphic Cards can i play Battlefield 4 Maxed out in constant 60 FPS on 1920x1080.
Make me a list of all Graphic Cards.
We've literally told you that the r9 280x can max out most any game at 1080p. Although Battlefield 4 is horribly unoptimized at this point, it would probably still max it out.
Okay make me a good gaming Pc with the r9 :)
I already did.

Top right of pcpartpicker. Just pick a country.
Hmm the best one is when i click this then are only a few Parts avabile
That's why I gave you a parts list instead of a pcpartpicker list. Those UK vendors ship to Europe though, so I suggest you just go through them.
You can always just Google search the item, then use the shopping section of Google to find the best price if you really want Austrian-based sellers.
