Hey guys, I don't know whether I should look for a jailbreak method for my iPhone 4.
Here are the Pro's and Con's if you guys need them to help me decide.
Pro's
Ability to use app's that I would have to pay for, but for free
You can customize how your iPhone looks which makes it more unique
Friends will be wow-ed
Satisfaction of jailbreaking it
Con's
Chance your iPhone will be bricked
Chance it will not work at all
Warranty is void
Frustration if it doesn't work
I know the con's seem worse than pro's but the warranty they won't be able to check because I can just restore my iPhone back to its factory settings. There are also many methods for unbricking your iPhone, but the reliability isn't positive.
Isn't jail-breaking considered warez?
Do whatever the fuck you want, man.
don't.

No, it's legal. Some of the stuff you can do with it jailbroken is illegal, but not the unlock. Do it, you can always restore to factory settings if it gets fucked up.
Do it

of what
I don't get how you don't believe the iPhone or iPod touch won't get bricked from jailbreaking.
I know a friend that tried jailbreaking and it bricked his iPod touch. It took him awhile to reset it and tried again and it worked the second time.
But that was for the iPod touch, this is my phone I'm talking about, the phone I paid for out of my pocket, the phone if it breaks, my dad will kick my ass till i have nothing to sit on.

1. WAREZ
2. Have nothing for this.
3. No, not really. Jailbroken iDevices are nothing new
4. What satisfaction are you talking about?
nonononono, if you do, you will break the apple warranty.
Try the latest GEVEY Turbo SIM, you dont even need to jailbreak the phone, check here: Gevey Turbo
omg warez ban ban
I jailbroke my iPhone 1. Dropped it down an escalator, went to the Apple Store, they gave me a new one then and there because the home button didn't work (ie, no way to tell it was jail'd). Win.
Also, do what feels right. I'd advise you not to, because it's no fun if the warranty is fucked, and you drop it down an escalator while taking a pic of a hot chick.
You can't brick an iPhone, it's just impossible.
You can always bring it back to normal with iTunes.
