At first, when I click on Tuning, all the settings are there, but then an instant later they disappear. Halp.
A rendering error? Have you tried resizing the windows or trying the scrollbar? Or clicking default or the profiles. You could also try disabling the Aero theme and just use the basic theme which may fix the issue
Can't resize windows or move scrollbar, the profiles do nothing and I don't want to risk using them blind, and non-Aero doesn't help. :\
Have you tried to reinstall the software already? Who knows if that will do something.
I reinstalled once because it couldn't find my "VGA drivers" (which had already been installed and reinstalled several times). I'll try a complete uninstall, then reinstall.

Nope, still nothing.
Could be possible that something prevents you from modifying the settings, like as soon as you load these settings it detects something off and unrenders them all. Sounds very stupid. Either try to hit the default settings button and see if it does something.
Nothing, although I have noticed the tuning section is blank no matter what now, no sign of any sliders.

Nope. It requires admin privileges to run anyways, so It wouldn't make a difference. I did try it though.
