I seem to notice craploads of great games are lost in time The other day i was trying to find a great role playing game but they dont have a section for highest rated and only the highest selling ones. This bother anyone else? Plus recommend me some great role playing games!!!
For iPhone/iTouch or iPad?
For iPhone/iTouch or iPad?
They both use the same store, so why would you even need to know? To the OP, why not use the search feature?
They both use the same store, so why would you even need to know?
Well, there's different games for each as well as different versions for each.
They both use the same store, so why would you even need to know? To the OP, why not use the search feature?
Yes, great idea Search: Great Role Playing Games :smug: They boast about having hundreds of thousands of games but i am not getting the full result.
:raise: What do you expect?
I expect some class :smug:
The internet, dude. That's where the good stuff is.
They need to have a section that has iPhone 4 retina compatibilty apps.
100'000 plus games yet they only show the best selling ones. Its a bit stupid if you ask me.
100'000 plus games yet they only show the best selling ones. Its a bit stupid if you ask me.
You're a bit stupid if you ask me. All the apps are available to you, they're just not displayed. How do you think they would be able to properly display 100,000 plus apps in a nice fashion? They can't exactly display that many apps without listing the best ones. If they did random listing it would be a mess, and if it did alphabetical listing that's a bit shit for apps that go with a letter near the end. They do a pretty good job with adding features like Genius to the app store.
You're a bit stupid if you ask me.
Fuck me, do you have to defend apple or are you just so crazed into thinking its always perfect when it concerns apple? Genius is a good step in the right direction still not quite there, but how hard is it to show the best reviewed.. how old must apps be before they are lost in time, A year? Maybe a month.

There's not a section for "OUR BEST SELLING PRODUCTS" or "YOU MIGHT ENJOY..."
App Store... Where is the good stuff??
:bang: Cydia has it all. Not the App Store.

With 100,000+ apps stuff does fucking get lost, like anything would. The apps that are good are mainly the only ones you need. I defend apple a slight bit more than others because I'm not on the bandwagon and I appreciate their products, even if they are more costly than others. I honestly don't get the hate against apple. They do what any other business do - sell stuff, and they do it well. As was already said your expectations are way to high - but if it's so much of a problem to you it's not hard to Google for the app you want, chances are you'll find what you're looking for if it isn't bizarre. I don't defend apple in any place that they don't deserve to be defended.
Fair enough, I understand where you are coming from. My expectations were high due to the fact that the ONLY place you could get these apps, were the app store. Sure there are going to be plenty of shit apps in the 100k bunch, it just seems to me like the really good stuff that have been thought about and recognized as great apps are just lost and that we are going to HAVE to search them on google. Seems like a lost opportunity but oh well. Cheers for the advice. :buddy:
:bang: Cydia has it all. Not the App Store.
When I tried to install a few of Cydia's games, it broke my iPod. Most of them didn't even have icon art and wouldn't run well at all.
Get Fruit Ninja. 'Nuff said.
Robot Unicorn Attack.
