Hi guys i just bought a new processor,an Intel Dual Core E5700 3.3 GHZ but my problem is i have this motherboard ASUS P5GC-MX (Made in Brazil) http://br.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_775/P5GCMX_Produzida_no_Brasil/#CPUS and in the site it didn't show nothing about this processor,so my question is can i just put this processor and everything will be cool? When i firstly go to the store i was going to buy a E5200 but the guy said, all the E5200 was selled. So i went to another store and buyed a E5700 and the man who selled me told me that i can put the processor without headache...(He didn't knew my motherboard)
It's not in that list on Asus' website but it is the right socket type so you should be fine.

@E5200 2.5 Ghz Bus core/ratio 12.5 @E5700 3.0 Ghz Bus Core/ratio 15 This can have a huge differente if my motherboard will accept or no?

You would have been better off trying to overclock the E5200, or saving up for a more modern computer.
