Building Fort In Backyard, Need General Help - General

Okay so, my friends and I usually hang out at my friend who is a girl's house. Up until about a month ago this wasn't a problem, until her 12 year old brother learned about sex. Now every time we start yelling/talking loud in the basement (where the video games are) he screams at the top of his lungs "MOMMY THEY'RE HAVING SEX AGAIN!!!!" at which point just to shut him up we are kicked out of the house with nothing do. I had an idea about how to find a place to hang, and make him insanely jealous at the same time: build a fort in the backyard. So all we really have is a concept and we also know that it must be VERY sturdy, as he is most likely prone to throw his 12 year old fat arse through one of the walls. So lets start with this question: What material should we use? (We're teenagers so no like BRICKS or STONE or FORCEFIELD please) Thanks!!

I have some extra in the rooms beneath the house...They go down for a while though..How big does this fort have to be?

probably get some plywood and/or sheet metal, and kind of stick it in the ground or something. maybe use metal stakes. when winter comes, use old matresses for insulation! and maybe add a slot to shoot a paintball gun out of when the little brother comes too close.

I'm still sayin man...Nothing wards off lil kids like dead bodies.
