• OEM Cloning Software

Here's the story: At work, we send out about 40 computers a day which are done in batches of around 5-10 units each. The system specs are different for each batch according to customer requirements. Now, because of Microsoft's Windows XP FES/WES licensing, we aren't allowed to send out the original OS media anymore, only a recovery CD. So far we've been using CloneZilla, which is a great free option. Problem is, not everything works with it (drivers missing, incompatible hardware, detects RAID members separately instead of one drive etc). Does anyone know of any recloning software which will take an image of a system, allow it to be burned to a CD/DVD and will perform a restore upon boot? We've looked at Windows Deployment Services, but it doesn't quite fit our requirements in that we need techs to be able to create an image quickly, easily and without having to queue up to a system. Linux filesystem support would be a major plus because it increases our brand value. I've noticed a few OEMs actually rebrand Norton Ghost, are there any other similar things out there?
I use G4U when I need to clone a drive. http://www.feyrer.de/g4u/
