I have the OS I just need the graphics card as I do not know how to choose one.
I would like a faster CPU (4.0 GHz 6-core) or better...I use the shit out of my computer.
ok so I switched out the CPU with this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115074
switched the mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813138296

You need a better HDD, a non shitty PSU/case, and a non open box motherboard.
That's a terrible build.
can you build a better for me? under 650$?

please, I am new to computer building
very doubtful that you can get away with an i5 on that budget, esp with the monitor included, but here are my suggestions on what you got so far
better, cheaper hard drive: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822152185&Tpk=spinpoint%20f3
cheaper dvd burner: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827118039
cheaper ram, 4GB: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231274
and that PSU is indeed garbage, but I'll leave that to someone else
