My Specs:

So Ive had good fps before but now the fps got down to 26 which makes it unplayable.
I have downloaded and installed the latest AMD driver and i had this issue even before i updated the drivers. Before i this issue i had 130 fps in tf2 and 200 in css and 120 fps in l4d2 now every game that uses the source engine has low fps for me.
I have my steam on a second hard drive.
Yes these temps are kinda high but they don't do any performances issues since i can run bc2 in full without any stuttering or fps drops even Black ops runs fine.
I did also the delete /teamfortress folder but that didn't worked i also did this thing with the anti virus so it doesn't scans the stats all the time.
I couldn't find the issue that is causing these fps drops.
Ive made this thread here in hardware and software since more people watch in here.

So apprently all my games run crappy now even sc2 runs now in 10 fps i think it might be the video drivers.
Is that idle temperatures? Because if it is, we've found our problem.
/bad reading
Sorry, bad reading, but you should really dust your CPU cooler out.
Maybe it is GPU temp too?
Download HWMonitor and post temperatures.
Clean your friggin PC right now. I mean open the case, not your HDD.

Oh wait, Dusting your PC is what I meant
26 fps? I'd be chuffed with that on flight simulator. I fly at 15 fps, it's no problem for me. 26 fps is quite fluent, in my opinion.
40> is smooth imo.
Clean fans and pc. Make sure there is little to no dust.
I disabled AMD Cool & Quiet a long time ago, it thought source games = idle and I turned it off and bam no more CPU clock lowering.
It was a driver issue with the latest AMD drivers i went back to Catalyst 10.10 and cpu has only bad heatsink.
