right, so last week or two weeks ago or something I bought a new graphics card. but I doubt that's the source of this problem.
This week I reformatted my harddrive so that I could fix some of the issues that my computer was having, one of which being that I could not uninstall the drivers for my old Graphics card. now that I'm running a "Fresh install" of Windows 7, everything seems to work WORSE than it did before. every time I click a link, or do anything, the computer freezes up and stays that way for several seconds. I've run Malwarebytes and Avast! anti-virus, and now Avast won't even launch because "it's side-by-side configuration" is fucked up. I don't want to have to FUCKING BURN MY COMPUTER. since I've spent so much money on it. But I really wish I could figure out what the fuck was wrong with it so that I could just do my thing without issue.
Let me know what you need to know to help me diagnose the problem, logs from MWB, if I can get it running, Logs from Avast, Specs through speccy.
example of what goes on:
the GFX Card I got can EASILY run LoL on medium settings, no issue. but it freezes every ten or so seconds when It's on low and even very low. my old card NEVER did and the new one statistically outclasses the old one by far. by like 4 years.
Like I said, let me know what you need to help me diagnose the problem.
Instal the GPU driver?
Also post specs.

here's all of that, straight outta speccy.
but to be honest, I doubt that the Graphics card is the issue, I've installed the most up to date drivers for it, and it's still just randomly freezing. like if I were to open up another site in a new tab, FFox would probably stop responding.

Malwarebytes turned up Negative, I'm going to reinstall Avast to fix the side-byside config before work today and let it do its thing.
