• When should I expect results (from fitness)?

I've had a minor epiphany and decided to start working out a bit every evening and to entirely give up soda. I'm only on day 2, but I haven't had any sodas (I usually will have 1-3 a day) and I've replaced them with water as well as I started the 100 pushups program and the 200 crunches program that I do on off days (if I have to take a day off from pushups I fill it in with crunches) I'm gonna start running 3 times a week and build up from there. How long should it take before I start noticing results physically (abs and pecks)? I have a little bit of flab covering them, I just wondered how long it would take on average to tighten up to something that wasn't... flab? Thanks guys, any suggestions? I might start replacing my bowl of cereal in the morning with protein shakes.
A week or so. It doesn't just instantly happen.

I have about 2 months and I want to be cool with myself at the beach and such. I'm just trying to shed some from the waist, abs and chest (lol basically whole torso) before that time comes around.
