Apologies if it is the wrong section, but it's a question so should fit. Where can I get this marvellous and legendary text-to-speech?
It is free on steam, once you download it go into your settings and click the text to speech box. have fun aeiou on the moon

I can actually raise my hand with this as well. There has to be a way for someone to rip the engine from the game because I literally only have the game for the TTS engine and all those awesome commands. I've looked around before with no success but surely someone has by now, right? Is it possible?
someone needs to get to work putting it in garry's mod
I think you can use it in Moonbase Alpha
I've managed to record the text-to-speech, but this process might be tedious for some people. Open Moonbase Alpha, in Options turn off Sounds and Music, leave Voice on max, create a game(or join one), open Audacity, choose recording device Stereo Mix, and record whenever you are ready. [editline]29th August 2013[/editline] If you don't see Stereo Mix, RMB on speak logo in the task bar, click Recording Devices, RMB on Recording, check Show disconnected and Show Hidden devices, enable Stereo Mix.
I think it's done through the system text-to-speech. If you have Narrator or whatever the system text-to-speech reader is called, you can probably type text in Notepad and record what it chants.
Your closest bet is gonna be Microsoft Sam, which try as I might I cannot seem to find standalone.
I think it's done through the system text-to-speech. Could probably just change the pitch etc for one of the default voices in Speakonia. http://scr.derpnet.nu/example.ogg
