For Christmas I got a lot of things, one of which was a disposable Visa card. I tried to buy Fallout 3 GOTY on Steam with the disposable card. It rejected it, and later when I tried to buy the same game at Walmart, I found out they had charged the card anyway! I don't seem to have any account credit on my steam account, and I sure as hell don't have FO3 GOTY. Is there any way I can get a refund, or buy stuff with that money?
Why don't you just contact steam support to have your issue resolved?
Also, I tried to call the Steam support line, but nobody picked up.
Ninja'd.
File a support ticket. They'll have the matter resolved don't worry.

They might even give you free stuff to compensate.

About that: Stop calling me damnit!
But in all seriousness, it's either what the person above me said, or Steam will 100% refund your money if you contact them later.
Lol we need Gabe's phone number.
It's a temporary charge, it'll be cleared up soon. Although I had an actual Credit account and you have a disposable one so it may be different. Contact the online steam support, don't call them.
Same thing happened to me, did you activate it online with the webiste they told you? I was able to purchase one thing on steam and then it denied everything else. After going online and registering it I was able to purchase shit on steam.
Regarding that title, do you mind if I ask, why your christmas money was mating?

I would go crazy if my cursor was stuck on the resize symbol like that.
Gabe thanks you for buying him a 10kg steak.
Wonder how many games Steam sold when they we're on sale.

Well I bought about eighteen. So probably about +10 games for over 100,000 people each.
Lol we need Gabe's phone number.
Gabe doesn't own Fallout 3 or Steam.
Gabe doesn't own Fallout 3 or Steam.
Well, Gabe is co-founder of Valve, and Valve is the company behind Steam, so doesn't he?
steam IS valve's work, so gabe prettymuch owns steam...
Gabe owns over half of the Steam.
And you will get your money back.
According to the lady at walmart, you can't reload those cards.

Im gonna be upset when I get charged extra for about the 65$ worth of games I bought with a 50$ gift card.
Sadly when the card isnt being declined I end up buying more games :sigh:
