• Patenting a technology device accessory

I am wishing to patent an accessory for the Apple iPad. I have asked my aunt to draw me professional concepts as I am serious about this and I believe it could change the way the iPad would be used (just like iPods and silicon skins, and no, it isn't a silicon skin) Could anyone point me in the correct direction?
Patents aren't terribly useful for small time inventors as they/you will generally lack the funds needed to legally back up your patents. Also, the process can take quite awhile, generally requires professional help, and can expose your idea prematurely. Best thing to do is find someone who can bring the product to the market, and quickly!
Thanks for the reply  I have contacted an entrepreneur I know of to see if he can assist me.
Good luck. [editline]09:48PM[/editline] rated optimistic in the original sense
Thanks. I am currently creating a concept model in 3DsMax before having a physical concept produced on Tuesday.
Can you give us a sneak peak?
Yes I will give you my idea. PM me and I'll send you my concepts, documentation and all blueprints I have.
That's a sarcastic mark for all you slow ones. He's not giving out something he wants patented :downs:
