I'm going to be straight to the point because I want this fixed fast because I'm getting desperate.
Problem:
There is a game I'm trying to play called Combat Arms by Nexon. Whenever I try to launch the game it shows the games banner advertisement. Then it shows HackShield Pro loading up then after HackShield Pro goes away my pc starts to lag massively. It gets worst until the pc is unresponsive so I have to turn it off by holding down the power button. I've had several people so far try to help me via Teamviewer but they have no clue what the problem is. If someone can check out my pc over teamviewer or just tell me what to do that will fix it I am willing to gift you a game over steam that's under 10$. I would gift a 20$ game but I'm on a low budget at the moment. The bad part is the only way to test if combat arms works from making a change is to risk the pc having to be restarted which makes it a very long process.
Snip!
Just a word of advice, White. Reposting the same thread again and again won't get you help any quicker and could wind you up with punishment on the forums. D=
Start reg edit (Run > regedit)
Go to \HKEY_LOCAL\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\
Right click EagleNT
Select Permission.
Click Add.
Click Advanced.
Click Find Now.
Select Everyone
Click OK.
Set Permission for "Everyone".
Select Deny for Full Control
Click OK
Restart
Don't know if it will work, but it's supposed to disable hackshield from running.
Also, pc specs?
Speccy ran as admin:
It doesn't show the graphics card but I'm running a 8600 Nvidia Geforce card.

HWMonitor ran normally:

Do you think you could be able to see which process is hogging your cpu when you start the game? Or are you 100% sure it's hackshield?
Well whenever I try to launch combat arms right after the hackshield dissapears my pc starts lagging severly then becomes unresponsive. The method you told me seemed to stop the crashing but now I'm getting
"An error has occured with the hack prevention function. (Error Code = 203)The program is shutting down."
Remove your current graphics drivers with Driver Sweeper, then download the latest NVidia drivers, looks like something's fucked up with your graphics drivers by that screenshot of speccy.

They probably fixed that registry bypass then :/
Undo those registry edit in my first post if you can :v:
Back to square one.
Are any other games acting like this?
Start -> Run -> regedit -> OK
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\
Right Click EagleNT
Select Permissions...
Click Advanced
Click Add
Type your Windows account name in the text box
Click Check Names, if the name you typed becomes underlined continue, if not type it again and try again Check Names.
Click OK
Check Full Control
Click OK
Uncheck "Inherit from parent the permission entries that apply to child objects. Include these with entries explicitly defined here".
Click "Remove" on the window that pops up.
Replace your HackShield Folder with this one --> Download
Restart pc
Try this?

I havn't found anything on google except to try and disable/bypass hackshield.
EagleNT isn't there anymore?

What one would I clean with driver sweeper Nvidia PhysX, Nvidia Display, Nvidia Chipset or ATI - Display?
By the way what is ATI display? I don't remember ever downloading any drivers for anything ATI.
The app doesn't auto detect so it asks you what you want to clean.
I just chose Nvidia Display.

Still not working does anyone have anymore suggestions?
You said something about not restarting?
Try restarting.
I've restarted many times.
make sure that the game isn't corrupt. If you have it through steam, check it's properties and check for fragmentation. Also verify for integrity. This might work. But then again I don't know if this is through steam.
No I'm not using steam to launch combat arms.

Tried uninstalling and redownloading?
Only 4 times.
Did you try uninstalling hackshield?
[editline]08:52AM[/editline]
Nevermind it is used by Combat Arms, read a tiny bit on what it was.
What I'm trying right now is uninstalling the game, doing a defrag and a disk cleanup then cleaning my registrys. Then I'm going to reinstall.
Didn't work the bug still remains.
I ran a test on canyourunit.com and got this:

I have all the specs required to play the game what the hell could possibly be the problem?
System Requirements Lab is full of shit. Don't even go there.
What do you prefer then?
Speccy. Download it, run it, post results here.
I already posted results from speccy earlier in the thread.
After a bit of googlin'g a poster on the Nexon forums suggested this:
TehCookie, it is a hack shield error, and probably cause by other programs. if turning off your anti-virus or anti-spiware doesn't help, your computer might have other programs that tries to protect or do comething to your computer, causing errors with hack shield pro. Most programs (including anti-virus and anti-spyware) can be shut down by doing the following.
Start, run msconfig. (keyboard shortcut: hold down flag and press R) In services tab, uncheck everything that are unknown manufacturer. In startup tab, uncheck everything that you don't use. Hit ok and restart computer.
Try Combat Arms. If you continue to have problems, in msconfig, choose diagnostic startup, hit ok and restart computer.
This should fix this error, some performance might be gained, but your computer would be less protected.

Changing start up programs shouldn't be necessary, though.
