• ~$150-$200 MAME Machine

I'm looking to buy (or build, probably better) a machine to put in my arcade housing that will be able to play mame games with ease, maybe some very low graphical 3d games too. I've got an refurbished MSI Z97-G45 laying around if that helps with anything. But yea if anyone could help me pick parts I'd really appreciate it.
I'm not exactly familiar with the tech at all, is there anything specific I should look for while building? Any sort of software preference for nvidia/AMD, I'm guessing it's heavily single threaded and needs next to no power.

One more question, I found a spare Radeon 5850, That should work in it too, right? (also could I get this cpu instead? It's got prime shipping http://www.amazon.com/Intel-Celeron-Processor-2-7GHz-BX80646G1820/dp/B00HCM8QQE/ref=sr_1_5?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1419126565&sr=1-5&keywords=LGA-1150 )
You can use that GPU if you want, but it's a bit of a power hog just for a MAME cabinet. You'll have to design extra cooling into the cabinet so that stale hot exhaust isn't circulated around inside the cabinet and destroys everything. As for the CPU, I don't know why you'd want to get a slower CPU for the same price.
Ok well I got all the parts and its perfect, thanks, but I'm hooking it up to a TV with RCA cables. Can someone help me find a relativley cheap s-video out graphics card? (I tried to get a vga to rca but it works very rarely) Would something like this work? No because that's an AGP graphics card. You'd be best with just using a VGA to composite converter box like this: http://www.amazon.com/Sewell-Direct-SW-23000-PC-Converter/dp/B003BVVYSM/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1419391325&sr=8-3&keywords=vga+to+composite The only graphics cards with composite out are going to be cards that are 7-10 years old. Mixing and matching really old parts with new parts is never a good idea since getting drivers to work may be impossible.

I might just get a cheap card, a card with this connecter would work on my mobo though right?
