Bwaa, not for 3DS? God dammit, the temptation to get a WiiU is ever increasing.
This looks great. The new L-block thing and changed multiplayer rules are some of the first additions Dr. Mario has seen for years. And I still play the WiiWare Dr. Mario online every now and again; glad to see a new one.
I also actually inserted Luigi into the original via romhack a little while back. Never released it, but I am somewhat proud of it. (It was my first attempt at sprite editing an NES game.)
