• What would you guys study, given the time?

I'm curious about this in lieu of being given the opportunity to for my History class, after the A.P test when we do nothing: If you could learn about anything, and are given the time to, what would that be?
Mechanics and quantum physics.
Physics and philosophy.
Music of the freedom and peace movements. Edit: Yes apparently this is funny.
Physics or Engineering.
Is there anything specific you guys were interested in though? Sorta like an extended Wikipedia binge, if you catch my drift. I've been wanting to understand music theory a lot better, and how different instruments arrange notes differently.
Mathematics and philosophy. I plan to get a doctorate in physics but if I had unlimited time and money I would get one in philosophy first and then mathematics, and THEN physics. That seems the path the would give me the most firm and fundamental grasp of how everything works.

Law, hoping to start at Uni next year.
physics, philosophy, and psychology particularly psychology
Vaginas.
Advanced Micro Engineering.
everything
Social ethics.
Yes I just said what I'm interested in.
Oh no, that's what I wanted to know, thank you. I just meant to the other guys, if they had anything in mind if they wanted to study something such as physics. For me, I view psychology one of those topics that would be endlessly useful, which is why i'm taking it next year. I don't know too much about it though.

So many studies and dates you need to remember :argh:
The thing I love about philosophy is that it's the physics of the poor. Seriously, physics requires extreme accuracy and maths and shit, and you need a lot of previous knowledge. Philosophy just requires a grasp of the laws of logic and the kind of experimentation that your every-day life gives you. I love both, though. Psycholohy is also very interesting, but evolutionary biology takes the cake. Ah, god, everything is just so awesome. :buddy: [sp]Except for chemistry, fuck off chemistry, I don't want to use a posteriori knowledge.[/sp]

the Maori language. i appreciate it's usefulness isn't that great, but it's something i've always been interested in.
Bah, the hell with usefulness. I'd like to learn Irish Gaelic and Icelandic.

Music probably Yeah I know I could be putting that time to more practical uses but fuck that
Quantum Mechanics & Particle Physics
Astronomy
Archeology
Human anatomy. Science. Programming.
Human anatomy. Science. Programming.
You could get a hooker and fulfill two out of those three.
I wanted to do Physics at university until I got to A2-level Physics :v: Fuck that shit.
I am going to UCSD as a pre-med student but if I had unlimited time and resources, I would study Iranian History.
Women. God damn, that's going to take a while. On a serious note, Philosophy, Medicine, and Physics.
