Quiet Please! - Hardware & Software

My computer is loud as sh*t, and i know sh*t about fans and what not. I was wondering what a good, quiet, cheap, reliable power supply and CPU fan i should get. Scythe Mugen II (REV.B if your actual CPU is from LGA 1156 socket) Antec/Seasonic for perfect silent (and excellent) PSU, Corsair for good one. And what is your case? [editline]12:02PM[/editline] Because Fractal Design (Define R2) / Antec (P Series) are really good as anti-noise case

I had a Raidmax PSU. If you're looking for quiet. Keep the hell away from it. After two months of using it, the fan got off balanced, and every time I started my computer, I felt like I was mowing the lawn.
