I had a class where the teacher messed up on my grades, and blames it on me. Is there any way to raise said grade? Or make up the grade by an outside source?

First rule about grades. ORGANIZATION! Always write it down and take a picture of your grades and put in a safe place in your house, that will later be called PROOF, EVIDENCE if some shit happens.
