I bought the Fear complete pack with the steam sale, and now in FEAR 2 in the hospital level I keep getting a strange glitch. A window gets shot, blood comes out of nowhere, then I go through a door and it is completely black, the only things that are lit are boxes. I can see through all the walls everything is fucked up. Is there any solution to this problem? Thanks in advance.

Not sure exactly, but it's enough to run recent games on their highest settings. I haven't encountered any problems with the Reborn DLC yet. It seems to be that part in the hospital level.
Verify the game cache, sounds like a corrupt file to me
