Oh I thought it meant "Intel" as in "information of slowing economy" Okay then
Intel is loosing money? I thought they'd be cashing it in with the premiums they put on their chips.
This may well be because Sandy Bridge was pretty damn good compared to Bloomfield and a lot of people wanted to upgrade, but Ivy Bridge compared to Sandy Bridge doesn't offer a viable use of money for a small percentage of increased performance for most.
Well, this is disappointing. Was expecting them to say that our economy is slowing even more.
Tablet computer sales are rising far more quickly than those of PCs
This makes me upset.
This makes me upset.
Fad, people have forgotten the comfort of a desktop for the trendiness of the "cutting edge".
Fad, people have forgotten the comfort of a desktop for the trendiness of the "cutting edge".
No. It's just that most people don't need a strong powerful computer because what they do is browse the web, play casual games and play music. Most people want a computer they can carry around so they can use it in the kitchen, on the sofa, in the bed, on the toilet, etc etc. Let's also not forget that those who have a stationary can make do with it for most things they use it for for many many years. Like, 5-8 years, since most of them aren't gamers.

The people using tablets aren't going to be doing anymore or less despite it being a desktop or a tablet.
