I've read about when you install Windows XP on a new Harddrive (without any Service Pack), the maximum limit is 128GB for a harddrive. The thing is, I'm going to download and install the Service packs when it's finished installing with Windows Update, but is there anyway to get the other 380 gbs back, or do I have to use a SP2 installation CD for it to work?
Hope you'll understand what I'm saying, otherwise just ask for any info you need.
I believe you would get them back, but I believe my computer came with SP1 when I purchased it.
-snip- Why did I even do that
Pretty sure you get it back when you update with the SPs.

Without having to reinstall everything I mean (which if I do, the only disk I have is the non SP one...)
Yeah, I am pretty sure you would get all it back when you update.
I have two 500GB HDD's of which they both account for 500GB
