360 corrupts my Flash Drive configured for it everytime it's plugged out and in again

[del]Basically, every time I plug in my Flash Drive into my PC after configuring it for my 360, it unconfigures itself and I have to reconfigure it on my 360 to use it. (which means reformatting and having to install all my 360 games on it again)[/del]
After more extensive testing it turns out my 360 doesn't want to keep it configured after I plug it out, regardless if it goes in my PC or not. However my other 16GB usb works fine with it and doesn't need reformatting, but the 32GB does. They're both Kingston brand USB's. 16GB (working) is a G2 and the 32GB is a G3. Even if I unplug the usb while the 360 is off, and plug it back in while it's still off, it still corrupts. It's also not the USB Hub cause if it was it would corrupt my 16GB usb, and it wouldn't happen across different hubs.
The usb that doesn't work is the Kingston DataTraveler G3

The usb that works fine is the Kingston DataTraveler 101 G2 — DT101G2 16GB

Is your Xbox 360 up to date?
Yes.

And it's definitely compatible as I had GTA V, ODST, Reach, and Forza all working on it absolutely fine. Until I plugged it out.
