Need a new motherboard. Can't decide which to get.

Well. My 680i finally gave up the ghost :frown:. So I need a new motherboard. I've narrowed it down to either the Asus Rampage Formula or the UD3P.

ARF (haha):
Pros:
Good reviews
Performance
Overclocking potential
Comes with a soundcard
ON SALE!11!!

Cons:
Some reviews talk about bad boards.
70USD more than the UD3P
Some say that the drivers are weird

UD3P:
Pros:
GREAT reviews
8 USB ports
70USD cheaper than the

Cons:
A few bad reviews.
Overclocking?
No soundcard, only onboard.

I'm leaning toward the ARF. Can anyone help me decide?

I have the UD3P, it overclocks fine. You don't need a soundcard and every product is bound to get a few bad reviews.

Depending on your graphics setup, I'd look at the ASUS Maximus II Formula. Excellent board in all senses of the word.

I need a decent soundcard because my headset is the GameCom 377, and I have a GTX260. But I'm not going to Sli. They had an OB one a while back and I missed it. I think I'm going to go with the Rampage Formula.
