Doing a build for a friend and I want to make sure he gets the best for his money. He has a 1920x1080 Samsung monitor and he needs an operating system, keyboard, and mouse. He lives in the USA. Budget is no more then $1000. The main games he's going to be playing right now are Starcraft II and Arma II but he wants to make this comp last as long as possible. Thanks in advance for a quality build.

Please read the original post, he doesn't need a monitor, he already has one, and it's 1080P. Plus there is no mouse, keyboard, or operating system in that build.

Yes, please, so much for getting quality recommendations in a thread where my friend is about to drop $1000. (I appreciate the effort nachoman, but why recommend a 100 dollar keyboard instead of getting a cheaper one, and putting the money into something better for the computer like a better hard drive or an Intel quad core?)
