I got Thief 3 through steam a couple days back, and loaded it up this morning. I can play it, but it will randomly crash back to the desktop for no reason whatsoever every once in a while. I've tried changing from dual->single core affinity, I've got the patch installed through steam, and I tried using the level editor's T3.exe. I've even tried compatibility mode to no avail. Anymore ideas? Windows 7 x86, by the way.
verified the game cache and it works fine now
