Need help looking for new headset

As of yesterday my plantronics headset has been broken (r.i.p 24-05-09 to 24-09-09) and am looking for a new one, but to no avail (as of yet) and call upon facepunch for some help.

There are a few things that I need for it :/

- Under $40
- Vinyl ear pieces
- Preferably a metal band
