[Quick question] E-Cigarette starter kits

Im strongly considering to buy an e-cig, so im gonna need a bit help from the people who have experience in e-cigarettes, here in facepunch.
So, can anyone recommend me a good quality, affordable starter kit, preferably below 60$ including shipping costs to finland?

Some of my friends used them but only like two of them did not go back to regular cigarettes. Some people I know complained about the flavor, another complaint I have heard is that because unlike a normal cigarette it does not get shorter/burn up they found themselves smoking it longer and more often.

Also yeah apparently you idly sit there smoking it for waaay longer than a normal cig because you keep thinking "one more puff" as it never "burns down" as it would be.
