I came here expecting something like Happy Wheels but a multiplayer war game. I was disappointed.
considering it's made by microsoft, does this have a heavy pay to win element?

Same here; if Happy Wheels had multiplayer and whatnot, that would be amazing, even if the game itself isn't as good as I initially thought it was.

not really, but it takes some playing to get some decent gear. It's a pretty fun game to just turn your mind off and play with friends. You can play and do well without spending a single cent, or you can spend a few M$ fun bucks and get some OK gear. It's got a pretty cool level up system for items and such. It's a pretty fun game all in all, if you got XBL, I recommend giving it a shot.
Happy Wars! Teaching kids even war can be happy since 2012
It's a Free2Play game that requires you to subscribe to a payed service before using it. People should take a lesson from Microsoft and force subscriptions on F2P games because that makes complete sense.
Doesn't look too bad of a game, I've seen worse in the F2P market.
