For Christmas I got the Companion 5 speakers from Bose. $400. I just plugged them in, and now my computer is laggy as fuck. I think it may be the speakers because my sound card is like 05' or something. On top of that my mic drive is broken so I can only hear through my headset, not talk. I have $300 to blow. Should I buy another Sound card? Please help.
