LG E2251T-BN ... ~115 Eur
Cheapest one, nothing special
BenQ G2222HDL ... ~130 Eur
Has a matte screen which is nice
LG E2251VR ... ~143 Eur
Has an HDMI connection
These are the screens I currently have in my "to choose" list. I like the cheapest one the most because it's cheap (duh) but I'd like some outside opinions and recommendations. Is the cheapest one any good? I don't think I will need an HDMI as I don't plan to triple screen or use it as a TV. It will be used for gaming and some photo/video editing & digital painting. I am also open to screens that are not in the list but it has to be 1080p and if possible no more than 130 eur.
Thanks.
Nothing? Come on I'm buying a PC & monitor really soon and I don't want to regret it later.
Personally, I'd go with the 130 euro one. If the cheaper one isn't glossy, I'd probably go for that. I'm not really sure what's different between the monitors apart from what you've specified though.
I need size and max price.
HDMI means nothing, as you'd want to use DVI for a computer anyway

I have this same monitor, only mines 24" instead of 23"

It is fantastic. 2MS response, LED backlit, and matte screen
If that's too much $$, you can also get the 21" size

HDMI and DVI are the same thing except HDMI transfers audio too.

Yes. I was clarifying that you don't need HDMI unless your hooking up to, say, a TV
There's a common misconception that HDMI > DVI
Most GPU's now require an adapter if you want HDMI anyway..
TL;DR Just make sure the monitor has DVI and you're good
