The MSI will have the best performance of the 3, and I generally trust MSI more than the other two brands.
Go for the MSI, it has the best specs BY FAR.
Although it is a tight budget for actual performance. You should also considering shopping around used/refurbished ones if you're comfortable with it.

I'd be comfortable with it but I would much prefer to buy it off a shop that possibly custom builds them if around that budget.
