It sounds kind of ridicilious but I feel like I agree. It seems to me like the House of Lords usually are pretty intelligent about stuff from what I've been reading (even if their name sounds like they would want to clamour back to the days of old every week).
The internet is omnipresent these days and I think it's great to make a certain respect for both its capabilities and dangers a subject in modern schools.

I'd go with basics relating to online safety and behaviour as they said, the rest you can only learn through experience.
