Hello. I recently bought a new graphics card around Christmas. It is a amd radeon 7850 and yesterday I started having strange graphics flicking that started when I was playing league of legends last night. I have tried to capture it in a screenshot and this is the best one i could get. The flicking is very quick and it does this strange orange color all around the screen. It happens on most games but I used runescape for the screenshot because I thought reinstalling my system would fix it. Any help would be appreciated and it only happens when I am gaming.

Have you tried opening your system block and getting the card out of the motherboard and then putting it back?
Just tried getting the card out and then putting it back in. Also tried replacing the HDMI cable and it still flickers in games.
Open HWmonitor, tell us the temperature on idle & load
Core #0 60 degrees
Core #1 60 degrees
AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series 50 degrees
That is the temperature when I am not really doing anything.
well, it's not low...core 0/1 is your processor right? Have you cleaned your Heatsink? 50 isn't too bad for the GPU, from what I've heard( not much personal experience with AMD so take with some salt) those Radeons idle kinda high. My Nvidia card idles between 35-40, but I've gotten it up to 85 playing Bioshock: infinite turned up.

Blow out the dust, use a small air compressor if you can, just make sure to drain any moisture in the tank before hand. That canned air shit works alright, but the pressure just isn't enough to get all the dust out.
