I hope this is one step closer to ending this shit show. I admit I am a little worried after reading the other article about the possiblity of Sessions being fired to mess with the investigation.

Also, I wonder if him issuing the subpoena now is related to rumours of Trump possibly working to fire Sessions, and in turn get Mueller fired. I can't even imagine the chaos if Trump tried to do that now that this subpoena was just issued, which is maybe why it was just issued. That way if Trump tried it, he'd look guilty as all hell without question. Hope Mueller has all the damning evidence he needs.

uneducated guess, but i figure that Mueller and Co would be looking for some specific information on where Trump was at specific times. big business always (or at least they should) be keeping tabs on where their main executives are, so if all that info ''''mysteriously'''' disappeared it'd look very highly suspect of Trump and his minions
that being said, i don't think Mueller would've issued a subpoena unless they already had a foundation of evidence first
The danger is that they may already have said papers and are simply asking them to produce them to see which ones they're going to try and omit. That's always the danger when you've got sharp prosecutors who want to get you to demonstrate that you're acting in bad faith by handing you the rope to hang yourself with.
