For anybody wondering the site is called Insecam. I just searched (in quotes) "IP cameras: United Kingdom" to find it.

Or you search: inurl:ViewerFrame?Mode= on google easy peasy, not really hacking it's just browing cameras that are publicly available due to people not setting them up correctly.
