Right...I need a new case because my HAF 922 is way too big and heavy to be able to move around on a weekly basis. I am looking at a Coolermaster Storm Scout because they look pretty decent, black inside and out, sturdy handle on the top, Cable management holes and good cooling.. apparently. If anyone could recommend another LAN case that cost less than $130USD then please tell me.

What are you putting into it?

Well I am getting a GTX470 in couple of weeks since my 9800GTX is dying, and im going to get a ASUS Rampage II Gene and a watercooling system in it early next year when I do a mega upgrade from 3.8GHz Core 2 Duo to a Core i7 920 ^__^ ALL COMING OUT OF MY POCKET (aimed at douche bags thinking I am spoiled)
Go for the scout, seems to be the right choice for you, especially since it has a (very good) handle.
you're going to have trouble finding a lan-friendly (read small and light) case that can fit a rampage II and a water loop, but the HAF 932 (along with a lot of other full tower ATX cases, especially from Cooler Master) comes with wheels which make it fairly easy to transport, and will fit a water loop and rampage II pretty comfortably.

also like gaw said, the scout is a pretty good choice as well
Take a plastic bag.

Rampage II Gene is a mATX board and a beauty at that (I've got one in my HTPC). OP, have you checked out the Rampage III Gene? It's got SATA 3.0 and USB 3.0 onboard plus other refinements.

I am just bordering my max budget of $1,400 with what I have, if you can get a Rampage III Gene for under $250USD then I will <3 you for life, but just slightly slower USB and SATA wont bother me if it cost like $50 extra just for those two things.

The wheels on the HAF 932 are cheap pieces of shit don't rely on them for transport. Mine broke in half moving the case two feet.

That makes the choice clear then, he should go for the scout. From reading reviews it appears the handle is absolutely excellent, honestly it doesn't really get better than the scout if you go to LAN's.
+ It has StormGuard, it's this metal thing, basically you loop your peripherals through it and insert it into the back of the scout, and it means so your mouse and keyboard and stuff can't be stolen. Very handy.
The HAF 932 is not a LAN case; it is huge. Wheels only go so far for transportation.
Scout and sniper however, were made for LAN.
if you are getting a different case for weight issues then you really should get something with wheels on it because even the CM storm scout is only 4lbs less then your current HAF 922. so the HAF 932 would probably be your best bet. Also if you are LAN gaming and don't like the extra weight of your HAF 922 then why would you put a water cooler on your Rig?

Weight is usually a non issue if you travel to LANs in cars. I've lanned with an Antec 1200 multiple times. The issue is having something stable to hold it by.
Antec Skeleton, perfect for lans!!! http://www.extremetech.com/article2/0,2845,2332330,00.asp
But yeah, go with the scout.

If you want Mountain Dew in your PC :v:
I saw this case recently thinking it seemed useless, but it might be perfect for you.

Wow that's an ugly case..But I am getting a GTX470 and apparently they run really hot, so if you're gonna water cool one thing, why not the CPU as well? Anyway I am glad the Storm Scout is a good LAN case because I am really hyped on getting it! Thank's for all the help!
I have the Storm Scout and its awesome! just remember though, you can only fit a single 120m rad in the case without modding. well, you could put a 2x120mm on the side window, but it would look stupid =p

Yeah I do plan on modding it.
Storm scout I would say is the best choice
