What's the game that introduced you to Video Games?

Mine was Super Smash Bros Melee when I was around 5. I got it along side my first console, the Gamecube.
Dig Dug at one of my friends' house. Also watching my father play racing games to demonstrate his computer's power.
Claw for the PC. Basic gameplay, but it was all I needed to want more games.

I played the demo for lego Indiana Jones
Sonic for the Sega Genesis
Crash Bandicoot, Oddworld Abe's Exodus, and Mario Cart 64. Can't decide which one had a larger impact on me. I was around 3 or 4 when I started playing.
I remember playing Bandicoot and redoing the first few levels over and over as the game got too hard for me, but nothing was like the feeling of beating that extra level. Not like I knew how to play Abe's Exodus when I was that young but the fart action on X was hysterical to me. Mario Cart 64 was just a great racing game that I got to play with my mom and dad.
Wait I forgot, what was that point and click adventure game for the PC with the rabbit? That was the first game I played.

Couldn't finish it without my brother at first though.
ET for the Atari. After that I realized that I had to train to be the very best so that one day I can return and wreck the shit out of that game like it's some sort of casual ass shit.
other than shit like Spyro and Pokemon I remember playing return to castle wolfenstein with my dad when I was like 6 or 7, what great parenting

Yeah same, I was so bad at it though :v:

Absolutely loved this game as a kid, and it's aged very well to this day.
I'll always have a soft spot for Yoshi.

that's some sweet cover art
Donkey kong 64 I played at a day care, it rocked my socks. I asked my mom to get me a console to play the game at home, but all I told her was "donkey kong", so she pretty much just went to the store and asked that, so I ended up with a gameboy(and gamecube adapter to play the gameboy games on a tv). it wasn't donkey kong 64 so I thought the console was broken
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. That game surprises me nearly every time I turn it on. For example, just yesterday I learned that the emergency responders can be tricked into driving into the skate park's very large pool. I find this funny.

One of my all time favorite games, too bad it aged like shit though.
Can't be 100% sure because I was probably 5 when I started playing but possibly,

I was like 3 years old the first time I was allowed to actually control a game so I have no idea. All I know is that during my childhood I played a LOT of Master System, Megadrive, and Saturn games, and I had like 50 PS1 demo disks and maybe 5 games.
I don't really know what I first started with. I played Red Baron, Fury³, Doom, and Heretic when I was young. Tried to play Myst, got nowhere.

The crappy pathfinding in this game really killed it. Units taking their time getting to their destinations and randomly stopping to contemplate the mysteries of life got old fast.

You must've spent years without video games.
The first game I played was probably Lego Island or maybe Legoland. My first FPS was Goldeneye: Rogue Agent and I loved it. However, I didn't play any online games until 2010 (excluding Club Penguin from years before) - LEGO Universe was the first MMO I played and I loved it, it also influenced me to get Steam a year later.
This obscure-ass top-down (maybe it was an RPG) game about a samurai or something. I can't remember the name or anything about it.
The earliest games I remember playing are things like Crash Team Racing and Syphon Filter on the PS1. Half-Life 2 and CS:S were the first games I played on PC.

It got downhill from here
It was a 2d bike racing game that I can't remember the name of. It was either on atari or NES.
I think this was literally the first video game I've played when I was like 3 years old.
I got my first PC at 3 years too.
Was a point and click adventure/puzzle game.
