I have had digestive system issues all of my life. Regular use of laxatives, other such medications and remedies have never changed anything. I go really regularly, however a lot of times it's super compacted, hard, and large. Very difficult to pass when it happens. Sometimes I go and it bleeds a little bit. But this is the largest crap I've ever taken, and I bled, a lot. I didn't even know until I wiped and there was blood covering the toilet paper. It had stopped by then. Then I got up and oh my God. All of the water was pure red. My ass doesn't hurt and it hasn't bled again, but should I seek medical attention anyways? I've heard it could risk an infection if it bleeds enough. But the fact that it never has despite much butt blood in the past makes me wonder. As far as I know it also heals quickly.

You might have inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Some IBD can turn into cancer if left there long enough. Or you might have haemorrhoid that bleeds. But because you have increased bowel activity, so the probably lies in your large or small intestine. Go to hospital so they can scope your bowel, or scan it or something.

You HAVE to go to a doctor. It's not a choice. I used to have bloody stool, and it turned out to be something that, in the long run, could've killed me.

Some people around here went to see a mystic/witch doctor instead (true story). By the time they went to the hospital its already too late (cancer become advanced) and they only have 5 years more to live. But at least they went to see a witch doctor. Don't be lesser than them, and go to a hospital.

Everything checked out fine. Nothing's wrong with me outside of my digestive issues. But they said I should change my diet and take laxatives regularly to help against it because it's not good to have it happen as often as it does. So yeah, no tumor, no ass-cancer, I'm good.
