"An error occurred, please try again later" - Youtube

For the past two days I've been unable to load most Youtube videos. I keep getting "An error occurred, please try again later". I've updated my Flash Player, restarted my computer, cleared cookies/temp files, and have tried this on IE, Chrome, and Firefox. I can't watch any videos from Youtube on them. Videos from other sites work fine, and up until today, a handful of Youtube videos could load. Ads still typically load and play too. Last night, some videos were working. However, now, no video will play at all on Youtube, only on other sites. Google's product help forum is useless as all hell, but I have seen a handful of other people reporting the same issues. I'm really sick of this though. Anyone know what to do?
have y tried rebooting.
Update: This is happening on multiple machines using the same ISP/connection, too.
This happend to me and my school for a few weeks, I think it is just a youtube server in your area. I am not 100% sure but could be why.
Correct.
Check the forums for your ISP, someone may have found the hostnames for the ISP's YouTube cache servers for you to block.
Blocking them will basically force you to connect to the YouTube servers instead of the cache.
