• Laptop not booting to BIOS.

So I'm back again with another glorious problem with my laptop. I seems completely unable to get my laptop to give POST or boot the BIOS, specifically if I put the battery in or put it on the charge and press the power button is turns off almost immediately. Then if I turn it on again it remains at a black screen. The thing is I've gotten to boot before but I've been unable to update the BIOS due when I go to restart my machine it won't restart properly and stays in it's little retarded black screen state. My only theory is that the BIOS is corrupted, I have no clue what might have caused this honestly. Specifics is that it's a Dell Latitude E6530 surprisingly it can run many games on decent settings but that's besides the point. I can't get the fucker to load the BIOs are I have brick computer parts doing jack shit.
Try reseating the memory and if it still does not post, look for blink codes on your caps lock key or number lock and google it along with your laptop model.
I've done that before honestly, it doesn't seem to fix the problem at all, it may help once in a blue moon.
Did you try it this time though? I've fixed almost 10 laptops in the last week by just reseating the RAM. Then check for those blink codes. May tell you if it's a mobo or CPU failure.
Had recently just tried that, didn't seem to fix anything.
