• Audio amplifying software?

Well I was wondering if there was software that lets you change settings and what not to make music sound better, like amp the bass, boost treble, etc. (Windows sound options don't change a lot of stuff.) Also will it work since my current headphones are lacking and I don't have a sound card.
Your drivers may offer options to change sound settings, but it could be your headphones. If you want the best quality, get a good sound card or amp.

your media player should also have an equalizer [editline]10:59PM[/editline] your not really going to do better than that without better headphones
Well I adjusted the iTunes equalizer to what my headphones can handle until I get my new ones for Christmas, but is there any better media players that I can use for when I'm on my computer and an equalizer for all the audio (including games)?
winamp is a good player, i dont know about all your audio though
Are there any other good ones or should I just go download Winamp?
there are others but winamp is pretty much the best

Foobar2000
I say Winamp and Foobar2000 are merely equal to each other. Get either one. [editline]08:02PM[/editline] Though I prefer Winamp. :v:

Soundblaster X-fi series is worth the money.
Agreed. I have a Creative X-Fi Fata1ity XtremeGamer Edition and it's fucking amazing.
