Not getting any attention in Tech support so I thought I'd post it here.
For the past hour I've been trying to turn on my xbox. When I turn it on, none of the rings light up and the x on the controller flashes green. Nothing is on the tv screen (Yes I am using the right av setting) either. This has happened before, but I could resolve it by simply picking up my console and putting it back down. Also it's not making the usual start up sound. Instead it lets out a depressing whirrr every 10 or so seconds.
Any ideas as too why this is happening?
Is it plugged in?

It could be an Overheat error if it's a pro or arcade model,less likely with the elite and slim but still possible.
Have you touched your HDD at all?
It's fine now anyway, It was just one of these things.
