So my current build is toast. It's shorting out RAM and it's groans of pain keep me awake at night.
It's in a thermaltake v3 black edition.
My budget is $650 and I am not good at building computers. Anything I can salvage to save some dough for my budget?
Being in Canada I can not get anything from newegg as they do not ship up here and I won't be going down south for a while.

That's an excellent build. I recommend swapping the 770 for Gigabyte's 7970 GHz edition (or another 7970 GHz edition) since it's cheaper than the 770 and slightly faster. If you are only going to be gaming, go for the 4670k and 8 GB of RAM, but if you are doing activities (e.g. video editing, modeling, processor intensive photoshopping, etc.) keep things the way they are.
