Currently when you use Full screen the game gives you black bars on the left and right side. It thinks you use a different aspect ratio.
edit: Resolution is also not the same. It's very blurred.
Pick up the gameeeeee, it's so fucking amazing, I picked up a pc copy and I'm nearly done with route b on the PS4 version.

cutscenes appear to be in 30fps, and i get poor performance (<40fps) on occasions
the gameplay is fun as hell though
switching to windowed mode fixes the blurry image completely for me (as far as i can tell, not sure how clear the console version is)
well, i guess i'll wait. i'm still really excited to play it though, looks really good

I have a Ps4 but I am just gonna wait.
Turn off MSAA. Instant 60FPS.
Resolution bug can be fixed with a borderless fullscreen app.
FX6300, GTX970, 8GB RAM - Getting perfect 60FPS on maxed settings except for AA disabled.

Same here pretty much. 8GB of RAM, GTX970 with an i5 Quad Core and I get 60 with no AA. Had one CTD, and the option to switch to fullscreen at the title menu kept resetting itself and I had to fiddle with it for a minute, then it magically fixed itself.
Absolutely gorgeous looking game though, even with the resolution issues. Enjoying it a lot so far.

I have a 6700K, 16 GB RAM + 970. I'm not getting over 55 FPS in the city after the prologue with medium shadows, 0 AA, no ambient occlusion. Frequent drops. It gets worse when I run through the grass. The game doesn't even look good enough to demand such specs.

Fantastic game, the fishing mechanic has been improved 100%.

The game also open exposed me about how I truly feel about B2.
