What causes Digital pictures to turn out like this? I want to know because my $400 camera might be doing this and i want to either fix the problem or exchange the camera all together

it varies from different "intensities" of this little glitch to just keeping the same colours and moving one part of the pic a little off, to completely turning the area into a "negative" look
Its happened to A LOT of my pictures I've taken from my trip to Germany and some of them we got doubles of like this one. but a few we dont have extras of and it looks like shit
I'm guessing you moved while taking the picture...even a slight twitch could fuck it up

A $400 camera shouldn't do that if he moves though, I'm almost sure of that.
Wouldn't it just blur if he did move?
Seems like your shutter is damaged or something.
I would turn it back in.
