• Error installing driver

I'm trying to install drivers for my PS3Eye to use as a webcam, but I get the "This operation requires an interactive Windows station" and install failure. From the log below it looks like a permissions problem with winusb.sys but I am the owner of the file and should have full permissions? I don't know much about permissions.
