• What are these lines?

So I was going on this site NASA has, [URL]http://earthdata.nasa.gov/labs/worldview[/URL] It gives an updated satellite photo of the earth everyday. And I noticed on January 14, 15 and 16 there was these white lines over the Pacific Ocean, right next to California. [IMG]http://imgur.com/1LTlsWz[/IMG][IMG]http://imgur.com/1LTlsWz[/IMG]http://imgur.com/1LTlsWz I'm just wondering if they're some-kind of cloud formation or something else.
They're chemtrails.

Just a peculiar cloud formation. Probably something to do with the west coast of the US being close-by.
