would you guys get a ipad or blackberry playbook which has 1gb ram, dual core procesor
I'd say neither. Get a android tablet.
Android tablet Not overpriced for the features you get
Get an Android tablet or one of these due to the awesomeness of it.
Get your money together for the Transformer Prime, if anything.
iPad
iPad
Hey, Deeps, I'm not after you or anything, but saying anything but the Prime right now is not really good advice. I'm not saying the iPad is bad or anything, but the Prime is simply the best tablet out there, right now. iPad, Prime or not, this guy posts too many threads to seem serious.
You get a lot more bang for your buck with an Android tablet and if you already own an iPod touch, you have no use for an iPad.

I want to use the Prime before recommending it.
Can't you guys see op is a troll?
The Prime isn't even out yet. I'm basing it on current devices. The iPad was the smoother, sleeker, subtler tablet, and now with the Prime, the Android tablets have become true contenders for the same things.
The Prime isn't even out yet. I'm basing it on current devices. It can't possibly perform worse and any info like USB ports or HDMI output can be acquired from the internet. Since it's guaranteed to outperform the Tab 10.1 which is currently the fastest Android tablet there is no reason to recommend anything else. Use logic.
Best Buy has the galaxy tab 10.1 on sale for $449 i have it and it is a solid tablet with great community support there are also many accessories for it [editline]2nd December 2011[/editline] or you could wait for the transformer prime

If you refuse to get an Android tablet and are only choosing between the two, go with an iPad. If not, go get a Galaxy tablet.
It should be said that the Prime has the best battery life of any of the tablets, assuming you use the battery saving mode. If you don't, it's about 10 minutes shorter than the iPad 2.
